02 / THE DISCONNECT

The operating reality

Guests experience one resort.
Behind the scenes, the resort may operate as many.

01

Disconnected identity

A guest becomes a different record in lodging, ticketing, rentals, lessons and dining.

02

Invisible revenue

Cross-sell, rebooking and retention opportunities disappear between departments.

03

Operational drag

Employees bridge system gaps manually, losing time that should be spent with guests.

04

Hospitality friction

The burden of navigating the technology stack quietly shifts from the resort to the guest.

The RXT model

One technology roadmap.
Three business outcomes.

We evaluate technology through the outcomes resort ownership and leadership actually care about—not features in isolation.

01

Revenue
growth

Reveal missed conversion, cross-sell, rebooking and lifetime-value opportunities across the guest journey.

02

Guest
experience

Remove friction while preserving choice, personal service and the character that makes a resort distinct.

03

Operational
efficiency

Connect workflows, reduce manual handoffs and give teams a shared view of performance.

03 / WHAT WE DO

Owner-side guidance

Strategy before software.
Outcomes before implementation.

RXT sits between leadership, operations and vendors—translating resort priorities into a practical digital roadmap.

Our operating principle

Technology in service of hospitality.

Guests should not need to understand a resort’s technology stack to enjoy the resort. They should not be penalized for calling instead of clicking, arriving without an app or needing help from a person.

Mountain RXT designs technology ecosystems that remove friction behind the scenes while giving employees the information, flexibility and time to deliver genuine hospitality.

“The best technology does not replace the human experience. It makes that experience possible.”

05 / EXECUTIVE DIAGNOSTIC

Resort Technology Alignment Check

Not a test of your team.
A test of alignment.

Nine practical questions reveal where disconnected systems may be creating guest friction, operational drag or missed revenue.

GUEST EXPERIENCE / 1 OF 333%
01

GUEST EXPERIENCE

Does your technology feel like one resort to the guest?

A guest has one recognizable profile across lodging, tickets, rentals and lessons.
Guests receive a coherent itinerary and communication flow across their full stay.
Guests can use digital self-service without losing easy access to informed human help.
02

OPERATIONS

Do your systems make the work easier?

Frontline teams can see relevant guest context without switching among multiple systems.
Data moves between departments without recurring spreadsheets, re-entry or manual reconciliation.
Integration failures are visible, assigned to an owner and resolved before they affect guests.
03

REVENUE + STRATEGY

Can you see—and act on—the full opportunity?

Leadership can measure conversion, spend and return behavior across the end-to-end guest journey.
Marketing can act on timely guest behavior—not only static lists and last season’s data.
Your resort has a multi-year technology roadmap with owners, measures and investment priorities.

06 / WHY RXT

Built from the mountain outward

A focused idea revealed a resort-wide need.

Mountain RXT began with a simple question: how could technology make a snowsports lesson more personal, valuable and lasting?

Building that experience exposed a larger truth. Even an excellent point solution reaches its full potential only when reservations, guest identity, operations, marketing and measurement work together. That is the work RXT was created to lead.

We combine product thinking and commercial strategy with four decades of on-mountain coaching, instructor development and PSIA examiner experience—then bring in the right technical, integration and revenue specialists for each engagement.
